Bounty Boards were released on 19 November, 2009. These Boards show different creatures that players can slay to gain a reward. The boards give area-appropriate quests with the objective being to kill a certain creature.
Bounty Boards are repeatable quests found in various towns. They always require you to kill a certain amount of a specific monster near the town. You are rewarded with a little money, experience, and a Bounty Token for that town's chest(s) of equipment.
The repeatable nature of these quests make them ideal for grinding levels.

A Preview of a Bounty Board
Taken directly from the Announcements forum, the following is a quote from Piggypops:
Local officials in towns and cities are calling on Beasts from across Earth to defend their homes from local dangers. They have instituted a Bounty program, rewarding those who are willing to slay dangerous foes that may pose a threat to the city. In towns and cities across Earth, you will find Bounty Boards like the one shown above. Clicking on the Bounty Board will give you an area-appropriate quest to venture outside the city and slay dangerous creatures. Upon completion of the quest, return to the bounty board to collect your reward. You may notice the treasure chest next to the Bounty Board, in addition to the experience point award, the local authorities are offering fantastic weapons and armor to Beasts who excel at Bounty Collecting. Each successfully completed Bounty awards you a token which may be redeemed at the chest next to the Bounty Board. Bounty Board quests can be taken as many times as you like as long as you are within the level range of the quests.
